Terms and Conditions (Listings)
PLEASE READ OUR LISTINGS TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE SUBMITTING A LISTING TO ACCOMMODATION DIRECTORY
1. Acceptance of Business Listings
The Cambridge Accommodation Directory may at its absolute discretion decline to publish or to omit, suspend or change the position of any listing.
2. Management of Your Advertising
It is the listing owner’s responsibility to ensure that listing details are complete, accurate and up to date.
The Cambridge Accommodation Directory reserves the right to edit or remove advertising copy and images if it is deemed to be of insufficient quality, inaccurate or inappropriate.
3. Free listings
All listings are Free there are no monthly payments, commissions or reservation charges of any kind advertising on The Cambridge Accommodation Directory
4. Featured Adds
Featured adds require a small charge of £30.00 per year.
5. Paid Listings Cancellation and Returns Policy
Paid listings may only be cancelled before they are published on The Cambridge Accommodation Directory. No refunds will be given after publication or at any time during a period of advertising.
6, Copyright
The Cambridge Accommodation Directory is not liable for any copyright.
7. Disputes
The customer indemnifies The Cambridge Accommodation Directory in respect of any liability to any third party howsoever arising from this agreement.
The Cambridge Accommodation Directory liability to the customer is limited to a sum equivalent of the fee paid by the customer in the last three months.
The parties agree to use their best efforts to resolve any disputes without the recourse to proceedings in the courts. The customer and The Cambridge Accommodation Directory agree to give each other at least 28 days’ notice should proceedings be contemplated.
8. Contact
You agree to receive occasional emails from The Cambridge Accommodation Directory that pertain to your account status, updates, features or new products.
